M3 was birthed on May 14, 2007, by Todd Falstad, as a grassroots movement among men in Wisconsin and upper Michigan.  Ideas for this ministry tool started to surface in 2005 while developing resources for the local church to combat the departure of men from church.  Todd and his leadership team recognized that the decade of the nineties had stirred the hearts of millions of men across our country through huge outreach events and public gatherings and yet something more needed to be done to knit together the men of the Christian community.  Men in 2008 represent the largest unreached people group in America.

With over twenty years of business experience and a heart for ministry, Todd has blended the realities of working in the “real world” and the “responsibilities” of reaching the men of this world with the message of Jesus Christ and the ministry of the local church.  Men are seeking answers to the challenges they face.  Knowing this, M3 believes that men relate best to honest assessments and straightforward answers which can often be communicated better by a peer than a pastor.

With the support of the Wisconsin/Northern Michigan District of the Assemblies of God, initial funding for M3 has come from men’s groups and churches that share the same vision as M3.  Nothing about this ministry is perfect. After all, it’s made up of men at various stages on the spiritual journey, but what it does provide are ways to do something practical and tangible.

As a catalyst for ministry across the midwest, the Virtual Ministry of M3 is the  epicenter of Christian activity announcements, and this website serves as communication central for local churches to share their ministry events to an expanded audience.
